I went to visit the Sun King

Les Chataux Versailles
If I was made king at 5 yrs old I'd build a big fat castle too. The Palace of Versailles is gorgeous and tiring.
Wow it so huge! We went on a private tour to skip the lines and the lady was so boring and spoke terrible English but we did get to see the Opera House and other things not open to the public. I really just wanted to see the Hall of Mirrors. ITS Gorgeous! It has to be the brightest room in France. It has Mirrors down one side an endless amount of chandeliers and huge open glass windows on the other side. I took a butt load of pictures.
Yesterday we went to Paris and did some shopping. I still need to find unique Parisian things. I went to 3 different h&m's, zara and other places that were too commercial for me to spend my euros at. I wanna find things I can't find at home. That might be hard. I did find some cool street vendors and got some scarves and other cool things. I still have a pretty long list even though I found a really cool shot glass for Job (he collects them).
I also totally walked down the Champs-Elysees and saw the Arc de Triumph. =D! Prettiest street in the world. Literally.
Side Note: My cousins are cooler than yours. We walked around Paris for about 5 hours yesterday and the ENTIRE time Alex was in front and Marc was in back. They never lost sight of me or left me alone. They are the best and I love them.

(Just a little French for You)

Weird things I have found:
Celsius- I saw it was a low of 12 degrees and I almost walked home because I thought it was Fahrenheit.
The sun doesn't go down until about 9:30 so it is no indication of time for me.
24 hr time clocks are super trippy even though they are more practical.
The time difference is equally trippy. You can tell I don't travel much.
Contrary to popular belief McDonald's sandwiches are not smaller in France. They are the same size.
The Metro (Subway) smells worse than New York's.
I don't understand how people don't get dizzy when they drive because down every street is a round-about.
